Can I get the coronavirus when I receive the item? 

The coronavirus is mostly spread by respiratory droplets which are transmitted by sneezing or coughing from one person to another. As stated by WHO (World Health Organization), there is a low risk of catching the virus from a package as the exposure to different conditions and temperatures makes it difficult for the virus to survive transit.

If there is still concern, we recommend cleaning the product with a disinfectant and also cleaning your hands.

I just placed my order, when will it arrive?

Once we get your order, we then begin processing which can take 3-6 days. We then send your product out and email/text you a tracking code so that you can know where your product is at all times (this is additional to the shipping time). 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

We are seeing some delays in countries that have been impacted by the coronavirus. Please rest assured that packages are still being delivered, we ask for your patience in these cases. 
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 3–6 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

    What if no one is home for the delivery?

    If no one is home, the mailman will leave a collection slip and the item will be left at your nearest post office. The tracking information will give you the courier name and location. 

    The tracking information says it's delivered, where is it?

    Sometimes the tracking information can show that a package is delivered up to 5 business days early. Please be patient, if after 3 business days you still have not received your package, contact us at info@fitnesshomestore.com.

    How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

    Our return policy lasts 30 Days beginning when our package is delivered to your address.

    We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

    What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

    We want our customers to have a great experience when using out products, if you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

    Where do you ship from?

    Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

    Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
